Dr Nayunda Andhika Sari is a senior researcher at UKM Center FEB UI and a lecturer at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Management from Universitas Indonesia. As a LPDP scholar, she completed her master’s degree in International Human Resource Management in the University of Edinburgh, UK. She later obtained a doctoral degree from Monash University, Australia with the research topic on women’s leadership.
Nayunda also serves as the Head of Gender and Organization Studies at UKM Center FEB UI. Her area of research includes women’s leadership, agency, identity, and organizational discourses. Current interest includes studying gender and cultural/religious discourses in relation to agency among Indonesia women leaders.
