Zahra Kemala Nindita Murad, Ph.D.
Director 

Dr Zahra K.N. Murad is a senior researcher at UKM Center FEB UI and a lecturer at the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universitas Indonesia. As a Fulbright scholar, she obtained her master’s degree in Economics from Georgia State University and received an Australia Awards Scholarship for her Doctorate degree in Econometrics and Business Statistics from Monash University.

Over the past 20 years, she has consulted for several international organisations, civil society organisations, NGOs, and the government. She also served as a Research Fellow and Adjunct Research Associate at the Department of Econometrics and Business Statistics, Monash University, Australia. Her research interests include development economics, microfinance, gender, MSMEs, entrepreneurship and cooperatives.

Timuthy Ey Maharani, M.S.M.
Deputy Director

Timuthy Ey Maharani is a Deputy Director and Researcher at the UKM Center, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia, with extensive experience in digital marketing and analytics. She holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia. She also serves as the Managing Editor of the ASEAN Marketing Journal and is involved in various research projects related to marketing and business development.

Nur Riani Purti, S.I.A.
MSME Partner’s Manager

Nur Riani Putri is experienced in monitoring MSMEs as well as facilitating training and mentoring activities for MSMEs. She graduated from Public Administration Faculty, STIAMI Institute. She has been working at UKM Center FEB UI since 2015.

Karina Wulandari, MFinMgmt.
Head of Communications and Strategic Planning

Karina Wulandari is the Head of Communications and Strategic Planning at the UKM Center, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia (FEB UI), as well as a Lecturer in the Department of Management at FEB UI. She holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from The University of Melbourne and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Gadjah Mada. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. She has extensive experience in teaching, academic management, and international accreditation processes (AACSB and EQUIS), with expertise in Islamic finance, corporate finance, risk management, and MSMEs. Her research interests include Islamic finance, capital markets, corporate governance, and MSME access to finance.
