Zahra Kemala Nindita Murad, Ph.D.
Director
Dr Zahra K.N. Murad is a senior researcher at UKM Center FEB UI and a lecturer at the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universitas Indonesia. As a Fulbright scholar, she obtained her master’s degree in Economics from Georgia State University and received an Australia Awards Scholarship for her Doctorate degree in Econometrics and Business Statistics from Monash University.
Over the past 15 years, she has consulted for several international organisations, civil society organisations, NGOs, and the government. She also served as a Research Fellow and Adjunct Research Associate at the Department of Econometrics and Business Statistics, Monash University, Australia. Her research interests include development economics, microfinance, gender, MSMEs, entrepreneurship and cooperatives.
Nayunda Andhika Sari, Ph.D.
Assistant Director
Dr Nayunda Andhika Sari is a senior researcher at UKM Center FEB UI and a lecturer at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Management from Universitas Indonesia. As a LPDP scholar, she completed her master’s degree in International Human Resource Management in the University of Edinburgh, UK. She later obtained a doctoral degree from Monash University, Australia with the research topic on women’s leadership.
Nayunda also serves as the Head of Gender and Organization Studies at UKM Center FEB UI. Her area of research includes women’s leadership, agency, identity, and organizational discourses. Current interest includes studying gender and cultural/religious discourses in relation to agency among Indonesia women leaders.
Asri Af’idati, S.E.
Operational Manager
Asri Af’idati is currently serves as the Operations Manager at the UKM Center FEB UI, having previously worked as head of general affairs manager. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia. Currently, she effectively manages the operational activities of UKM Center FEB UI starting from supervision and coordination, business support needs, human resource management, secretarial and other business supporting activities.
Ratna Juwita, M.S.M., M.Ak.
Head of Strategic Planning and Evaluation
Ratna Juwita is a researcher at the UKM Center FEB UI, and a lecturer at both the Department of Management at FEB UI and the Department of Accounting at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. She earned her bachelor’s degree in management, followed by master’s degrees in management science, and master’s degrees in accounting, all from FEB UI. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral studies in Management Science at FEB UI, supported by the BPI scholarship managed by LPDP.
Her research primarily focuses on finance, banking, capital markets, management, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Beyond her research contributions, she has also served as a reviewer for national and international academic journals and conferences. Ratna holds various professional certifications, including Investment Manager Representative (WMI), Certified Risk Associate (CRA), Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE), Associate Wealth Planner (AWP), and Certified Technical Analyst (CTA).
Fadhila Maulida, M.S.E.
Community Development Coordinator
Fadhila Maulida, M.S.E. is experienced in conducting MSME welfare surveys and organizing training and capacity building for MSME players. She has a master’s degree from the University of Indonesia and a bachelor’s degree from Sebelas Maret University. Previously, she worked at the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and was heavily involved in research looking at regional economies and investment regulations. In addition, she has also worked as a research assistant at INDEF and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
Timuthy Ey Maharani, M.S.M.
Public Relation and Academic Coordinator
Timuthy Ey Maharani is a research assistant with extensive experience in digital marketing and analytics. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia, and is currently completing her master’s degree there. She is also the managing editor of the ASEAN Marketing Journal and handles various research on marketing and business development.
